ALPHA-DRAFT-2026-10-10-R01 · ProvisionalProvisional notice — 10 October 2026. Michael Lewis, trading as X8BC.com, uses the information described here to operate the invited alpha. Contact help@x8bc.com about access, correction, deletion or privacy concerns. This notice will be updated as the service and legal review develop.
Clerk handles email registration, email verification and sign-in sessions. It processes account identifiers, email addresses and authentication-related technical information. X8SNIP checks your verified identity and stores an internal account identifier, the provider identity reference, invitation admission, access status and timestamps in Cloudflare D1. Agreement records contain the accepted notice revisions, document hashes and acceptance times.
Cloudflare hosts the app and access database and processes requests and technical data needed to deliver and protect the service. The pilot database was provisioned in Cloudflare’s APAC region; this is not a promise that all processing remains in that region. Clerk, Cloudflare and Google Workspace (support email) may process information internationally under their applicable service terms and privacy arrangements.
The pilot does not automatically upload or synchronise your drawing library. Drawings, imported materials and preferences are stored locally in browser storage. Anything you deliberately send to support is received with your message; please avoid sending confidential client material unless necessary. Following external links is subject to the destination’s own practices.
Authentication cookies are necessary for sign-in. Browser local storage and IndexedDB hold local projects and settings, and session storage temporarily holds an invitation while you register. No advertising consent is bundled into registration, and this pilot does not subscribe you to marketing email. Acknowledging this notice is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
Account and admission records are kept while needed to provide and secure pilot access. Acceptance history is retained where needed to establish the terms accepted and handle disputes or legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the request and maintain a relevant service record. Provider security and operational records follow their service retention arrangements. Contact us for an account deletion request; we will explain any records that must be retained. Local drawing copies on your devices require separate deletion by you.
You can ask for information about your account data, corrections, access or deletion through help@x8bc.com. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances, including any right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Export drawings before requesting account deletion because access to the alpha may end. We will show material notice changes before requesting renewed acknowledgement.
