X8SNIP invited alpha terms

Provisional pilot terms — 10 October 2026. These terms are being reviewed and may change. This is an experimental, invitation-only alpha operated by Michael Lewis, trading as X8BC.com. Contact help@x8bc.com for support, account requests or questions about these terms.

This pilot is free. No payment card is required and registration creates no subscription or payment obligation. Future paid plans will require a separate purchase. Invitation links have limited places and expiry dates; link expiry stops new registrations, rather than automatically ending existing access.

You may use the alpha to create drawings and use your own outputs for personal or professional work. You retain the rights you have in your content. Only import or share drawings, images, fonts and other materials you have permission to use. Third-party software and font licences remain applicable.

Drawings and projects are saved in this browser on this device. An X8BC account does not provide cloud drawing backup or automatic transfer between devices. Download independent project or board backups regularly and before clearing browser data, changing device or ending your participation. Private browsing, storage limits, browser cleanup and device failure can cause loss of local work. Signing out does not erase local drawings; use a separate operating-system/browser profile on shared devices.

Internet access is required to sign in and reopen the alpha. Offline entitlement, automatic synchronisation and team editing are not provided in this pilot. Keep exported copies that you can import again. Contact support before deleting your account if you still need to recover local work.

The alpha may contain defects or become temporarily unavailable. Independently check measurements, scale, geometry, quantities and exports before professional use. X8SNIP does not certify compliance with building, structural, fire, accessibility or other project requirements. Do not rely on the alpha as your only copy of important work.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious material, disrupt the service or access another person’s account. Report suspected security problems to help@x8bc.com. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law or by open-source licences.

We may change or end the pilot and restrict access to address security, misuse or service problems. Contact support to discuss access or recovery. Material changes to these terms will be shown for renewed acceptance. Deleting an account and deleting locally stored drawings are separate actions. These provisional terms do not establish a paid-service warranty or override mandatory rights.
